Refund policy

Cooling-off period - We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) once we’ve received and inspected your return, provided it meets our return conditions below.

Return conditions - To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Free from makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges - We can offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Contact us at info@ummagummaboutique.com within 14 days to arrange.

Return shipping & costs - Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have agreed to cover returns.

How to return - Please contact us before sending anything back — unannounced returns may not be processed. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and any further instructions.
